Yes, sh** happens and I could sit and write a list of endless excuses as to why it’s taken me so long to get back on track and to start working on my fitness and living a healthier lifestyle, instead I’m I would share with you this: 

We have over 50 chances a year (that’s over 50 Mondays or Sundays depending on which calendar you follow) to start over on a new fitness routine, and stick to it!
